Terms of Use

Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tally application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Standard EULA, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.

Your content & data

Your habits and history are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your own private iCloud, which only you can access. We never receive your habit data, and we never sell or share it. We use two third-party analytics services — Google Analytics for Firebase (anonymous app-usage events) and Adapty (in-app-purchase events) — and neither ever receives your habit data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Not a medical device

Tally is a habit-tracking tool for general wellbeing and productivity. It is not a medical, psychological, or professional advisory service and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

Honest limits

Tally is offline-first: everything works without a network, and iCloud sync is a background enhancement. Because watchOS may end background tasks and sync is eventual, we do not promise that data syncs instantly or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups via export. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tally and WebKoding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Trademarks

Tally is an independent product by WebKoding. Apple, Apple Watch, watchOS and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc., used here only to describe compatibility. Tally is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
